Engine serial#23995M, block casting
#EA71.
Much modified Subaru engine, heads adapted for Webers, dual valve springs,
also appears to have modified rocker arms and stainless valves. Deep sump
oil pan, appears to have custom pistons. I have not taken the engine
apart. Also comes with Kennedy VW adaptor plate that appears to be brand
new. No oil pump or flywheel.
Engine unfortunately was out in the weather and may have had water in the
cylinders, but it does turn over by hand.
Crating or palletizing available for an extra fee. Buyer responsible for
making arrangements and paying for shipping. Prefer local pick up.
